We join gyms, we join community groups, we join social clubs and we learn in all these memberships that membership has its privileges.  Membership at church has its privileges.  We believe that God has ordained you to be in a community of believers that regularly meets together for the purposes of encouragement, education and enrichment. We believe that everyone should have a community to which they call their spiritual family and we seek to be that for you.  

Members of the first church in Acts were said to have devoted themselves to the apostles’ teaching, and to the fellowship, to the breaking of bread together, they praised God and enjoyed the favor of all the people (Acts. 2:42 & 47a).  Abundant Life is a family of warmth and love.  We seek to follow this biblical example as we worship and learn more about God, fellowship with each other and reach out to the community.

HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER?

Our New Membership process is easy – Take the DM1 (Discover Membership) class and you’re a member!  This class is designed to help you know a little more about us, our vision, and mission as we seek to impact the Pasadena and Greater Los Angeles community for Christ.   Here are the upcoming classes.  Click the date of the class that you would like to attend and sign up.  We look forward to seeing you in the class (All classes are virtual).

HOW DO I BECOME AN E-MEMBER                                                                             

We understand that physical presence is not always an option for everyone.  ALCBC E-Church is designed for the following:

• Sick and Shut-in
• Those who do not live in our area and can’t physically attend our services
• Those that work during our worship services and can’t attend services

E-Membership process is the same as above.  All classes are virtual so sign up today.

At Abundant Life we love kids!  Children are our next generation and we want to raise them up to follow the ways of God.
For kids ages 5-12, we offer church on their level at our in person services.  Here are some answers to some Frequently Asked Questions:

WHEN DOES KIDS CHURCH BEGIN?

We all come together as a "family" to worship at the beginning of our service.  Towards the middle of our service the children will be dismissed for Kids Church.  There will be children workers at the back of the church to take your child to Kids Church or you can bring them yourself. 

WHERE WILL THE KIDS LEARN?

We have a separate room for Kids Church that is right outside the main sanctuary.  On those beautiful sunny LA days, the children might go outside in our gated courtyard area for their lesson.  We are a small church so your children will not be far from you. 

WHAT WILL THE KIDS LEARN?

Our Kids Church teacher, Rev. Silvia Scott, is a teacher in the Los Angeles Unified School District.  She loves children, but more importantly, she loves God.  Children will learn the importance of God and His love for them.  They will sing, play games, and have a fun time learning about Jesus.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY CHILD

When you come to service, you'll be given a "Sign My Child Up" card to let us know your child's name and age.  You can also PRE-REGISTER YOUR CHILD.
